Verify a Tamilcube Certified Tutor
Every Tamilcube Certified Tutor receives a publicly verifiable credential. Enter their certificate ID below to confirm the grade, issue date, levels covered, and current validity. No login required.
Enter Certificate ID
You’ll find the certificate ID on the tutor’s certificate or profile —
usually in the format TCT-YYYY-G-NNNN.
Letters, numbers, and dashes only. The lookup is case-insensitive.
What You’ll See

How TCT Verification Works
A simple, public, tamper-evident record.
Independent Assessment
Every TCT grade is awarded against a common Tamilcube rubric and reviewed by independent examiners — not a single person’s opinion.
Public & Permanent
Every certificate has a public verification URL and QR code. No login needed — the result page works on any device, anywhere.
Valid for 2 Years
Certificates expire 2 years after issue. Tutors must recertify to keep a current credential — so the directory stays trustworthy.
Status Visible
If a certificate has expired or been revoked, the page shows that clearly — no ambiguity about who currently holds a valid credential.
Possible Verification Outcomes
What each status badge means.
A current TCT credential. The grade and sub-scores shown are authoritative and within the 2-year validity window.
The credential was genuine at issue but has passed its 2-year validity. The tutor needs to recertify to hold a current credential.
The credential was withdrawn by Tamilcube — typically after a serious breach of the TCT code of conduct. Treat as not currently certified.
No certificate matches that ID. Double-check the ID with the tutor — a typo is the most common cause.
Tutors — Share Your Verify URL
Make it easy for parents and agencies to check.
Use the Permanent URL
Your verification URL has the form
tutor.tamilcube.com/verify/<your-cert-id>. Link to it
from your profile page, ads, and parent introduction emails.
Use the QR Code
Every certificate PDF includes a QR code linking to the same URL. Drop it into printed flyers, business cards, or in-person meet-and-greet handouts.
Quote Your Grade Correctly
Use the full form — e.g. “Tamilcube Certified Tutor (Grade A)” or the short form TCT-A. Always pair the grade with the levels you’re certified for, so parents know the fit.
Verification FAQ
No. Verification is public and free for anyone with the certificate ID — parents, agencies, schools, anyone.
Ask the tutor — every TCT-certified tutor has a certificate ID on their certificate PDF and is encouraged to display it on their profile and advertisements.
Most often a typo in the ID. The format is
TCT-YYYY-G-NNNN — four-digit year, single letter for the
grade, and a four-digit sequence. If you’ve checked the ID and still see
“Not Found”, the credential may not be genuine — contact us via the
contact form.
The A–D grade reflects overall readiness against the Tamilcube assessment rubric for the levels the tutor was certified for. Always check the Levels field on the verification card to make sure the tutor is certified for your child’s level.
We log anonymous, aggregate verification counts per certificate to help tutors understand their reach. No personal identifying data about the verifier is stored.
